Welcome to the world of exceptional leadership.  My name is Matthew Hill and I am the founder of Audubon Executive Leadership.   It is my true belief that leadership is a perspective; a way of seeing the world around you.  Leadership is not an art or a science but an approach to the living world.  I established this company and website to cultivate a greater understanding of leadership throughout New Orleans and the Gulf South. 

I have spent many years studying leadership both within a classroom setting and in real world situations.  I have applied myself to continuously developing my leadership skills and understanding.  Much like a master of martial arts continues to practice and develop their knowledge of martial arts; I too have dedicated myself to seeking the true philosophy and execution of leadership.

I truly believe that the world suffers from a gross misunderstanding of leadership which I can see everyday around every corner.   Life is a journey and the end point is death.  You see that the only thing left for you is the journey.  You must lead yourself through your journey because no one else can.  People can only guide you but you are your own leader.  Everyone has the ability to empower themselves and embrace leadership as a way of life and I would like to assist you on that journey.
